This is a pre-spoofed and tested firmware for the Samsung MS-25 drive based on c4evas xtrm33 using BOTH Lite-On PLDS identify and enquiry strings.
The serial ID may be extracted from either the identify.bin or the enquiry.bin. It is the same serial ID repeated twice but must be spoofed into both locations or the console security can easily see the spoof. Failing to do so may result in an E65 error with subsequent dash updates. This feature is currently not supported in Drive switcher or Firmware Toolbox 4.8, its only half done.
The key may be extracted from key.bin
Use hex workshop to search and substitute the following lines for your unique serial and keys extracted from your Lite-On PLDS drive.
Serial #1 location (0×2010):
44363038BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB2020
Serial #2 location (0×20e0):
44363038BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB2020
key location (0×4010):
DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
You will of course still need to dump the contents of your Lite-On PLDS drive with DVDtool and obtain a replacement Samsung drive to use this method.
If you are having trouble sourcing drives, then you may PM me for a supplier.

Disclaimer:
As far as I am aware, this file should be legal to distribute given that the firmware can only be used on genuine Samsung drive for which you are already licensed to use a Samsung based firmware. The intended purpose of this firmware is for use in the course of repair…..make sure that’s what you use it for. If for some reason any party feels that I should not post this, then please contact me and I will usually comply with any reasonable requests. Use at your own risk!

ok now i read many threads in many forums and got an idea about the ms 25 description above. I looked the XTRM33_LITEON.BIN file using the hex editor and found the 3 hex entries which should be replaced with the original Liteon hex values. Thanks for all.
